A mobile burger outlet for the foodies!!!!!!

India is a country with the second largest population in the world. The streets are filled with the multitude, the office goers and idlers. But we rarely see a mobile food outlet , and what we get to see usually is the tiny shops that the youth stay away from. Why dont we have a super hygenic mobile burger/sandwich outlet? A van modified with the required specifications for making and supplying the burgers would be good.A van manned with  3 people ,One for billing, one for supplying  and the last for regular cleaning. The van can be stopped at footpaths, crowded streets and anywhere you find crowd. SO.....in real the customers are not coming to the shop....WE ARE TRACKING DOWN THE CUSTOMERS :)........What more than a quick hot bite on the way to office..
